Beef pasta with sesame sauce

Ingredients (For 1)

Spaghetti(350g), beef(100g), onions(1/2ea), garlic(2pc), olive oil(2 spoons), chives(1 strand), sesame sauce 1/2 cup)


  1. Cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes and thoroughly cover with olive oil
  2. Mince garlics and chop onions
  3. Cook beef in a separate pan
  4. Pour olive oil in a sauce pan and fry garlic and onion
  5. Add spaghetti to the sauce pan in 4), cook for 2 minutes, and add sesame sauce
  6. Place the spaghetti in a dish and top with cooked beef and chives to serve.

Fried chicken with yuzu sauce

Ingredients (For 2)

Chicken thighs(1ea), lettuce(1ea), corn starch(1cup), red pepper(1/2ea), cheongyang pepper(2ea), yuzu sauce(1/2cup), pepper, and oligosaccharide syrup (1 spoon)


  1. Cut chicken thighs into bite sized pieces
  2. Toss chicken pieces in 1 cup of corn starch and 2 cups of water until lightly coated
  3. Heat olive oil to 170 °C in a sauce pan and fry chicken until golden brown
  4. Make a sauce by mixing cheongyang red pepper, red pepper, pepper, oligosaccharide syrup, and yuzu sauce
  5. Place the fried chicken onions and on lettuce and top with the sauce made in the previous step to serve

Yaki noodle with tonkatsu sauce

  1. Cook ramen noodles, drain water, and store in refrigerator
  2. Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces
  3. Heat olive oil in a sauce pan and fry chicken, garlic, onion, bell peppers (red and green), and bean sprouts in the order
  4. When the chicken and vegetables are cooked, add noodles and tonkatsu sauce and keep stir-frying
  5. Place the noodles in a dish and top with mayonnaise to serve
